Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website xyzagent.ai, operated by XYZ Agent LLC. Our product Chronicle has its own privacy policy at chronicle.xyzagent.ai/privacy, which covers accounts, recordings and transcripts.

This site has no accounts and no forms. It collects two kinds of information. First, our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running; these are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you. Second, with your consent, Google Analytics counts visits and page views so we can see which pages are useful.

We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. When you first visit, no analytics cookie is set and the analytics storage consent is denied by default: Google receives only cookieless, aggregate pings without an identifier that persists between visits. If you choose "Allow analytics" in the banner, Google Analytics sets its cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to recognise return visits and measure sessions. If you decline, it stays cookieless. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it by clearing this site's data. We do not use analytics for advertising, we do not sell personal information, and IP addresses are not logged by Google Analytics 4.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, or to object to its processing. Because this site holds no account data, the practical controls are the consent banner and your browser's cookie settings. For any other request, or to ask what we hold, email hello@xyzagent.ai. Do Not Track signals are not treated differently from the consent choice you make in the banner.
